Description

We're looking for an innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our AI-enabled alternative dispute resolution products and services. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the development, strategy, and execution of cutting-edge solutions that transform how disputes are resolved in the digital age.
As a collaborative leader, you'll thrive at the intersection of technology and dispute resolution, working across Engineering, Design, Innovation, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver impactful products that meet real user needs.This is a hybrid position, located in downtown NYC, with a starting annual salary range of $156,000 – $165,000 and an annual incentive opportunity targeting 20%.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as the central liaison between multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Partner with Innovation and R&D to transition validated concepts into scalable, market-ready products
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to execute user-centered product vision
  • Work with Go-to-Market teams on positioning, pricing, and launch strategies
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the product vision, aligning with long-term organizational goals
  • Drive the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Lead continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to modernize dispute resolution processes
Customer-Centric Development
  • Conduct user research and market analysis for insights-driven strategies
  • Define and prioritize requirements based on customer feedback
  • Establish metrics to measure success and guide improvements
Go-to-Market & Product Launch
  • Drive go-to-market strategy with relevant teams
  • Develop adoption strategies for internal and external users
  • Create feedback loops to refine messaging and positioning

Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience in professional services
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision and translate into actionable roadmaps
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud platforms, and legal tech innovations
  • Experience gathering user feedback and market insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in product development methodologies (Agile, Lean)
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of revenue models and pricing strategies
  • Experience with product management tools and data analytics
