Vice President, Labor/Elections Division
Location: Detroit, MI, Cleveland, OH, or Chicago, IL (Hybrid or Remote) 
Salary: $145,000-$155,000 + 20% Annual Incentive Opportunity

Role Overview
We're seeking a Vice President to drive business development and manage dispute resolution services in the Midwest region. You'll oversee arbitration and mediation cases while developing relationships with key stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for regional ADR services
  • Develop and implement plans to expand services and identify new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
  • Oversee recruitment and development of arbitrators and mediators
  • Manage complex arbitration/mediation cases
  • Lead and develop team of Directors
  • Manage regional budget and operations
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or LL.M.) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in ADR, legal services, or related field
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong business development track record
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 15% travel required (regional and domestic)
  • Must reside within 100 miles of either Detroit, Chicago, or Cleveland
 
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid (2 days on-site/week) or fully remote
  • Professional home office setup required for remote work
  • Standard business hours
