Description

The Operations Audit Intern will support our audit team with various tasks related to operational audits, data collection, and compliance reviews. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in business operations, accounting, finance, or data analysis, while developing key skills in auditing, data organization, and compliance management.The salary range for this position is $20-$25/hour, based on experience, and will average 20 hours/week for approximately 4 months.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with various operational audits, ensuring processes align with company policies
  • Collect and organize information from various internal and external sources for audit purposes
  • Review caseloads to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Support the audit team in preparing reports and presentations
  • Analyze data and contribute to identifying areas of improvement for operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and audit objectives are achieved
Qualifications: 
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
