Overview
Identifies and integrates new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities, and work closely with the engineering team in the development of data products. Drives business results through data-based insights by leveraging variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations.
The successful applicant will work from our Voorhees, NJ location, on a hybrid basis (monthly as needed). The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000, with an annual discretionary incentive opportunity targeting up to 20% of salary.

Qualifications
Education & Experience: Master’s, PHD, or Bachelor’s Degree required in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field; and 7 or more years of professional experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models, Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis. Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Communications Abilities: (Verbal) Expresses oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others; tailors speech to the level and experience of the audience; uses appropriate grammar and choice of words; expresses ideas in a concise, organized manner; maintains eye contact when speaking with others; (Written) Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in writing; tailors written communications to effectively reach an audience; uses graphics and other aids to clarify complex or technical information; spells correctly; writes using concrete, specific language; uses punctuation correctly; writes grammatically.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; ability to understand and interpret statistical reports, data charts and graphs.
Technology Skills: Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, etc. Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc. Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc. Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using Tableau. Experience with machine learning and AI.
