We're seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services to drive our growth and manage high-stakes arbitration and mediation cases. This is your chance to make a real impact in the legal and business world.

Your Mission:
- Spearhead business development initiatives to expand our ADR services
- Manage complex arbitration and mediation cases
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase AAA's value proposition
- Drive innovation in dispute resolution practices
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree or JD preferred
- 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in Legal Services
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing business
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
