SUMMARY
Directs the HR technology strategy, data analytics, and compliance reporting initiatives in support of 750 employees across 20 US states. Drives innovation in HRIS management and implementation, including AI adoption. Delivers actionable workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making and align HR technology with organizational goals. Manages key projects and stakeholder relationships to optimize HR systems and processes.
Work arrangement: Hybrid hybrid
Starting salary: $120,000 - $130,000, with an annual incentive opportunity targeting 10%.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
HRIS Management:
- Recommend, develop, and implement HR technology systems that support organizational growth, including adoption and application of Gen AI tools and strategies
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality across all HR systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR technology needs and enhancements
- Contribute to the overall HR strategy by aligning technology solutions and data insights with organizational goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR analytics program
- Analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes and policies
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform HR policies and practices
Compliance and Reporting:
- Lead or collaborate on HR compliance efforts, focusing on AAP reports, EEO, and state reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to support HR analytics and compliance requirements
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations affecting HR practices
Training and Development:
- Collaborate on developing and delivering training programs for employees on HR-related matters and data literacy
- Ensure effective utilization of HR systems through user training and support
Project Management:
- Lead or collaborate on special projects and system implementations
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR technology
Other Duties:
- Attend on-site and in-person meetings
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 7+ years of progressive experience in HRIS management, HR technology, and data analytics (experience with the following platforms/applications a strong plus: ADP Workforce Now, Tableau, Jobvite, Cornerstone on Demand LMS, Intellum LMS); SHRM-CP or HRCI certification preferred; Experience in a multi-state, diverse workforce environment.
