Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process, distribute, and track incoming/outgoing mail, parcels, and courier deliveries (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)
• Sort, scan, date stamp, and upload incoming mail per department instructions
• Operate mail equipment for folding, inserting, and metering outbound mail; troubleshoot issues
• Create shipping labels and process various mail classes (certified, regular, first class)
• Deliver/collect mail and packages; obtain courier manifests for manager
• Operate printing/binding equipment; receive/process job requests; update stakeholders
• Maintain cleanliness of office common areas and conference rooms
• Maintain pantry supplies and beverage dispensers; ensure clean and organized staging areas
• Perform general office tasks (e.g., answer phones, set up rooms, monitor ticket system, run errands)
• Serve as substitute receptionist when necessary
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Attend on-site meetings and training sessions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1 year of related office/clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications
• Knowledge of mail operations, postal regulations, and processing procedures
• Ability to operate office machinery and equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
