Looking for an exciting opportunity in the legal industry? We have the perfect job for you! Our team of dedicated professionals is looking for a Product Trainer to work with us in New York City.

You will work with a dedicated group of professionals and will be responsible for guiding and educating customers and staff on the AAA's core technologies and AI-enabled products and services.

The successful applicant will work from New York, NY, on a hybrid basis (on-site/2 days a week). In addition to a competitive salary range of $62,500 - $68,200/year, we offer a 7.5% quarterly incentive opportunity to reward your hard work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the AAA’s products and services, staying updated on the latest developments.
  • Collaborate with IS, Marketing, Education Services, and other internal stakeholders on product development and maintenance.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Plan and conduct engaging, hands-on technical training, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy and schedules to meet diverse stakeholder needs. 
  • Collect feedback, refine training materials, and adapt methods based on changing product features.
  • Support customers by understanding requirements to enhance training programs; perform needs-assessments of users to identify knowledge and skills gaps and modify training programs accordingly. Assist with inquiries and concerns, providing recommendations and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships to understand unique training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including metrics, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Ensures confidentiality; adheres to information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance.
  • Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in business or in a related field; 3 - 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.

Communications Abilities: (Verbal) Expresses oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others; tailors speech to the level and experience of the audience; uses appropriate grammar and choice of words; expresses ideas in a concise, organized manner; maintains eye contact when speaking with others; (Written) Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in writing; tailors written communications to effectively reach an audience; uses graphics and other aids to clarify complex or technical information; spells correctly; writes using concrete, specific language; uses punctuation correctly; writes grammatically.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; ability to understand and interpret statistical reports, data charts, and graphs.
Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Adobe
Presentation Skills: Displays effectiveness in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings (one-on-one, small, and large groups); communicates effectively, both inside and outside the organization, on both simple and complex topics; commands attention and manages group process during the presentation; is cognizant of audience response and able to adapt content and style accordingly
