Overview
You will be responsible for perforingm general office service and mail operations tasks, including setting up and breaking down meeting and conference rooms.
The starting annual equivalent salary range for this position is $49,000 - $51,250.00 and a 7.5% incentive opportunity. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite, in our downtown New York, NY Headquarter's office.

Responsibilities
• Process, distribute, and track incoming, outgoing, interoffice mail and parcels; process inbound and outbound courier deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS); retrieve and date stamp documents delivered by courier
• Sort, scan using desktop and hand held scanning device, date stamp & upload incoming mail according to specific processing instructions for individual departments.
• Operate mail equipment to fold, insert and meter outbound mail; perform basic trouble-shooting and escalates machine malfunctions or other service/repair issues to management.
•Create international and domestic FedEx & UPS labels. Process various classes of outbound mail including certified, regular & first class mail; Retrieve and date stamp documents delivered by courier
•Deliver and collect mail and packages from Post Office, FedEx Office or other AAA office location; collect courier and messenger delivery manifests, and distribute to manager at the end of work day.
•Operate printing and binding equipment; receive and process related job requests from internal customers (e.g., training booklets, publication materials, etc.); keep stakeholders informed on progress and delivery.
•Perform surface cleaning of office common areas and conference rooms; regularly inspects and maintains cleanliness and appearance of conference rooms.
• Maintains pantry supplies and inventory; maintains beverage dispensers, and ensures areas are maintained in a clean and neat manner; stages and distributes supplies.
•Performs general office and clerical tasks such as answering phones, setting up conference rooms, monitoring corporate services ticket system, delivering messages, and performing business errands; serves as substitute for receptionist when necessary.
• Demonstrates regular, reliable, predictable job attendance.
• Attends meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED); 1 year of related experience; or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, basic keyboarding skills and must be able to learn and use other computer applications/systems.
• Ability to operate office equipment and machinery
• Ability to lift and move objects, furniture, packages, and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to understand postal regulations, procedures, and best practices for sorting, processing, and delivering mail.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to perform work on-site full time.
• Skilled at time management and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
